About
User Researcher
Strategy / Ethnography / Systems Thinking
In my 15 years as a user researcher, I have worked in extremely diverse contexts — from ethnographic studies in remote communities to strategic research with cutting-edge tech companies, where I was recognized as a Top Performer.
My purpose has always been to spot opportunities by deeply understanding humans and their contexts — helping teams make informed strategic decisions and minimize risks. I thrive on collaborating with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that both user insights and business perspectives are integrated to guide decisions that balance real-world needs with organizational, product, and business priorities.
I can’t wait to share my passion for systemic and participatory methods wherever I go! And as AI changes the way people work, I’m also focusing on AI-related research topics.
My professional journey has taken me to nearly 20 countries, where I’ve had the privilege of getting to know some of the most fascinating cultures and people on Earth.
Psst! I also provide consulting services worldwide from time to time. Feel free to drop me a line ;)
