In my 15 years as a User Researcher, I have worked in many different contexts — from ethnographic studies in remote communities to strategic research with cutting-edge tech companies, where I was recognized as a Top Performer.

My purpose has always been to spot opportunities by deeply understanding humans and their contexts, which helps teams make informed strategic decisions and mitigate risks. I can’t wait to share my passion for systemic and participatory methods wherever I go!

My professional journey has taken me to approximately 20 countries, where I’ve had the privilege of meeting some of the most fascinating cultures and people on Earth.
